| How do I place an order? |
To place an order, visit our web site and follow these instructions:
1.Click on the Order Now button to access the Order Detail page
2.Enter the information on the Order Detail page and attach any files that may be required in designing your ad
3.Add the completed order to the Shopping Cart
4.If your order is complete, click on Check Out
5.Enter the payment information on the Paypal page and submit |

| What information do I need to provide for my order? |
| An order will include the information listed in the table below. Some of the fields may not be relevant for certain projects. Items in bold are mandatory: |
| Name of campaign |
A name that you will assign to your campaign. Eg. Spring Sale |
| Campaign Type |
The type of ad you require . a static banner, an Animated GIF or Flash banner or a
Rich Media ad |
| Number of Versions |
The number of different versions of the ad that you require |
| Size |
The size of the output file (width and depth) |
| Delivery Option |
The due date for your ad |
| Copy |
The copy that must be included in the ad |
| Creative Brief |
Some description about the ad that would help us in designing the ad . color/image preferences, copy style, target audience etc. |
| URL |
The landing URL where a user clicking on the ad is routed to. |
| Files |
Any files (images, photos, logos) that you want us to include in the ad. |
| Additional Instructions |
Any other instructions that you would like to provide us for the project. |

| How do I check the status of my order? |
| You can use our website to track the status of your order. Simply log in to the site and access your orders by clicking on the Orders button. This will show you a list of all your orders and their status. We will also send e-mail updates to you when an order submitted by you is ready for you to download. |

| How much does it cost to have a project designed? |
| The cost of the project depends on the type of project. Prices start as low as $25 for a single project. The price may change depending on other options that you select (such as rush delivery). The price of the project is calculated and displayed on the Order Detail page as you are entering the order information. You will know the exact price of the ad before you submit the order. |

| How long will it take to complete my project? |
| Our standard delivery option is overnight. All ads ordered by 6PM will be completed and ready for you to download by 9AM the following day. Projects ordered on Friday will be ready on Monday. Rich Media ads require one additional day to complete. If you do not require a project to be completed overnight, you can choose a 2nd day delivery option for a 10% discount. |

| Why do I need to register to use this service? |
| We have to track your orders and communicate with you when the order is complete. Additionally, we want to be able to provide you with an ability to log in and track your ad orders yourself. |
